Leadership Training for Christ
Hello everyone!
Sunday, August 25 after morning services, I would like to meet in the Hub City auditorium with anyone interested to discuss and provide information for 2025 North Texas Leadership Training for Christ (NTLTC).
LTC is for 3rd graders through 12th graders and is a program which encourages young people to use and develop their God-given gifts. Students involved in LTC work on projects throughout the school year. NTLTC concludes with a convention at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas over Easter weekend, Friday, April 18th – Sunday, April 20th, 2025.
The theme book for 2025 is the gospel of Luke. LTC will include Bible bowl and Bible quiz, both of which will test student knowledge of Luke.
The NTLTC manual is not yet completed, but LTC events for past years have included –
Convention Events: art, Bible bowl, Bible quiz, Bible reading, children’s book, chorus, drama, puppets, scrapbook, signing for the deaf, song leading, and speech
Submission Events: essay, fiction, impact video, poetry, PowerPoint, short film, song writing, and video Bible drama
Challenge Events: bulletin board, daily devotional, leadership, outreach, reading, service, song leading, and teaching
I would like to encourage interested students, their parents, and anyone interested in helping to come to the meeting on the 25th. Participation in LTC can be a great, enriching experience for everyone involved, so I hope to see you at the meeting!
